The short version

• The files, spreadsheets and text you use in our tools are processed entirely in your web browser. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
• There are no accounts, and we run no analytics or tracking scripts of our own.
• The tools remember your settings (not your data) in your browser so a refresh doesn't lose your work.
• The site shows adverts from Google AdSense, which may use cookies. You can opt out of personalised ads.

Each tool has its own policy describing exactly what it saves in your browser and which open-source libraries it loads:

• PDF mail merge privacy details
• Bulk QR code generator privacy details (for example, Wi-Fi passwords typed into the tool are never saved)

Information collected when you visit

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to keep the site running and secure. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

Advertising and cookies

We use, or may use, Google AdSense to show adverts. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

The site is a general-purpose office tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK).

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
