One spreadsheet. A file for every row.

Free tools that turn each row of your Excel, Google Sheets or CSV file into a personalised PDF or a QR code. Certificates, letters, filled-in forms, product labels and Wi-Fi cards, made in seconds, right in your browser.

How it works

  1. Add your spreadsheet

Upload an Excel or CSV file, or paste cells straight from Google Sheets. The first row names your columns.

  2. Design it once

Place {{Name}}-style placeholders on your PDF, or choose what each QR code should contain.

  3. Download every copy

Preview any row, then download them all as a ZIP, a single PDF or a print-ready label sheet.

What people make with it

Private by design

Most online converters upload your files to a server. Make in Bulk doesn't. The tools run entirely in your web browser: your PDF, your spreadsheet and the files you create stay on your device, and we never see them. That matters when your list holds names, addresses, phone numbers or Wi-Fi passwords.

There are no accounts to create and nothing to install. The site is free because it shows adverts around the tools, never inside your documents.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no paid plan, no watermark and no limit on the number of rows. The site is paid for by advertising.

Which spreadsheet files work?

Excel (.xlsx and .xls), CSV and TSV files, and cells pasted from Excel or Google Sheets. The QR tool also reads OpenDocument (.ods) files.

Do the QR codes expire?

No. They are static codes that contain your text or link directly, with no redirect service in between, so they keep working for as long as the link itself does.

How many rows can I use?

Thousands. Everything happens on your own computer, so very large batches depend on its memory; both tools show progress and let you cancel.
