Terms of use

PDF to Excel converter · Effective: 18 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of the PDF to Excel converter at makeinbulk.com/pdf-to-excel (“the converter”), part of Make in Bulk (“the site”). By using the converter you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. The service

The converter reads the tables in PDF files you choose and creates spreadsheet files from them, running in your web browser. There is no account and no charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

2. Your files

You keep all rights to your PDFs and to the files you create. We don’t receive them (see the privacy policy), so we can’t check, back up or recover them. Only convert documents you have the right to use, and take care with other people’s personal data in them.

3. Check your results

The converter works out table structure and value types automatically. It is designed to be careful, but PDFs vary enormously and it cannot guarantee that every value lands in the right cell or is read as the right type. Before you rely on a converted file – especially for accounts, tax returns, payments or any other financial or legal purpose – check it against the original PDF, for example by comparing totals and closing balances.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to process content you have no right to use, attempt to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or interfere with its advertising, for example by clicking ads in ways that aren’t genuine interest.

5. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will be available without interruption or free from errors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or time, arising from your use of the site or of files created with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Third-party services

The site shows advertising provided by third parties, such as Google AdSense, and loads open-source components from the jsDelivr CDN. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Links in adverts go to websites we don’t control, and we aren’t responsible for their content.

8. Trademarks

Excel is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Other names are trademarks of their respective owners. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed, and continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
